Home renovations

At Shoreham Bathrooms we handle all aspects of house renovation and refurbishment. Sensitive to the existing style and period of your home, we are experts at updating period properties to meet modern day needs. Renovation and alterations require the highest levels of knowledge, demanding in-depth understanding of all the trades.

Shoreham Bathrooms director, Mike Wakelin, spent the first 10 years of his building career working across all the trades renovating residential properties. From plastering and rendering, through first and second fix carpentry, to plumbing. This experience puts Mike in an ideal position to complete the process, whether it is full home refurbishment or a new kitchen/bathroom.

Shoreham Bathrooms understand the need for a clear Schedule of Works with time frames, and this is never more important than when embarking on a renovation project. It also allows for a transparent and complete quote to avoid confusion over what has or has not been allowed for in the budget.
